| 6. How are the Hoosier Kart & Quarter Midget tires sized? | ||||
| The kart and quarter midget tire nomenclature
is defined as follows: Circumference/Tread Width - Bead Diameter Size. Take for example a 35/7.1-6 size tire. The "35" is the circumference of the tire, the "7.1" is the tread width, and the "6" is the bead diameter size. All of these measurements are in inches and are measured on the recommended wheel width.
